OUR POLICY:

At THE SHOP BARBER LOUNGE, we value your well-being and scheduled appointments greatly. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to delays, rescheduling, or cancellations. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with a minimum of 6 hours notice. To reschedule or cancel please use the link in confirmation email you received at the time of you booking the appointment.

CANCELLATION:

If a cancellation is made within 6 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee will be incurred. The fee will be equivalent to 50% of the reserved service.

RESCHEDULE:

In the event that a appointment needs to be rescheduled within 6 hours of the scheduled time, a rescheduling fee will be applied. This fee will amount to 50% of the cost of the reserved services. To secure your appointment, we require a credit card to be on file. The rescheduling fee will be charged to this credit card.

NO SHOW: 

In the event that a client misses their scheduled appointment without notifying us of the need to cancel or reschedule, it will be considered a No Show. As a result, the client will be charged a No Show Fee equal to the cost of the reserved service.

LATE:

If you arrive more then 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you within the remaining time. In such cases, the same rescheduling fee that applies to appointments rescheduled within 6 hours of the scheduled time will be charged. However, we will make every effort to reschedule your service at a more convenient time for you. To secure your appointment, we require that you provide a credit card. Any rescheduling fees will be charged to this credit card.
